IRYStec Joins NVIDIA Inception Program
Montreal, Quebec –12 December, 2018 – IRYStec Software Inc., today announced it had recently joined the NVIDIA Inception program, which is designed to nurture start-ups revolutionizing industries with advancements in AI and data sciences.
Through its eye friendly perceptual software, IRYStec is revolutionizing display technology for mobile handset makers, automotive OEMs and Tier-1s. Refining the viewing experience by enabling displays to consume less power, cause less eye fatigue and be sunlight-readable. For motorist this will mean a safer, less distracting visual experience when using infotainment systems.
The NVIDIA Inception program is supplying IRYStec with high performance NVIDIA GPUs which can handle both the demands of the graphics rendering, but also the demands of the neural net processing or AI needed to perfectly adapt the display viewing.
“IRYStec is pleased to be an Inception Program partner to help drive the adoption of “smart perceptual” display devices. For instance, automotive displays that massively improve the driver and passenger viewing experience (better and safer visibility, less eye strain, lower power) – through combined use of NVIDIA GPUs, graphics rendering with IRYStec’s Perceptual Display Platform and AI techniques to further optimize the viewing experience. “, commented Simon Morris, CEO, IRYStec.
NVIDIA’s Inception program is virtual accelerator program that helps start-ups during critical stages of product development, prototyping and deployment. Every Inception member gets a custom set of ongoing benefits, from hardware grants and marketing support to training with deep learning experts.
